Certifications such as IFS, ISO, FDA, halal, and kosher are a matter of course for RHODIUS. A team of experts contributes its know-how to ensure constant quality control of the products to be filled.
The respective filling parameters are digitally recorded, controlled, and evaluated in every individual process step. Delivered beverages can be stored in pressure tanks with capacities of 120,000 litres to reduce downtimes. Our dedicated laboratory with automated measuring technology allows us to inspect the filled products. All of these measures contribute to guaranteeing the highest quality standards.

Quality characteristics of the beverage can
The can guarantees best beverage quality and long shelf lives for beverage producers. It is the only absolutely tight packaging. Its hermetic closure makes it particularly suitable for light- and oxygen-sensitive beverages. As an environmentally conscious company, we place great importance on sustainable packaging.
Beverage cans can be recycled by melting them down almost indefinitely without any loss of quality. They also have a positive content-to-packaging weight ratio of only 3% for the packaging, and 97% for the product. The beverage can’s volume efficiency is beneficial for retailers as well. It takes up less space on supermarket shelves and is easy to handle.
Beverage cans attract consumers’ attention on the supermarket shelves, serving as “miniature advertising columns” after decoration with brilliant printing techniques. Some other properties of the beverage can are even more important for consumers: they are easy to transport, quick to cool, and easy to open.

RHODIUS develops its own recipes for each customer in cooperation with raw material producers: with good flavour, target-group specific, and in compliance with the highest quality standards.

Natural colour, unmistakable taste, perfect aromas, balanced carbonisation, freshness, sweetness, effervescence, enjoyment, uniqueness – many aspects must be considered before a new product with a new recipe has been developed into a sellable brand.
