Much has changed at RHODIUS since the first can-filling line was installed back in 1977. Eight filling lines were set up in the last 18 years.
RHODIUS has set another milestone for the future with its cutting-edge can filling line from KHS installed in 2022.
The system fills up to 99,000 cans per hour and permits inline measurement of CO2, brix, and alcohol. In addition, pasteurisation is performed automatically, and energy is recovered. With an investment volume in excess of 10 million euros, this filling line is the latest state-of-the-art both in terms of the process and technology.

RHODIUS has stood for competence and quality since 1827. The family-owned company RHODIUS Mineralquellen is a reliable contract bottler and producer for the beverage industry and trade.
With its state-of-the-art infrastructure, RHODIUS fills more than 600 million beverage cans per year for international, national, and regional companies. This also includes our own mineral water from the 500-metre-deep RHODIUS well, as well as many other products from our company

PRECISE AND SYSTEMATIC FILLING
The bottling facilities are separated by beverage types in order to keep flavour-sensitive contents and strongly flavoured ones apart.
This way, RHODIUS ensures best product quality and unadulterated flavour after filling the beverages in cans.
A filling management system is integrated in the facilities. It is characterised by the careful handling of the raw material, constant control of all components, hermetically sealed filling, and precision in can packaging. The filling management system permits collection, analysis, evaluation, and monitoring of data.

Reliable logistics and container loading
Contract filling orders do not end with the packed and palletised beverage for us. We handle the entire downstream supply chain and the formalities associated with it
In our own local logistics centre. This permits direct container loading ex works. No matter the destination or whether transport is done by truck, or by barge in the nearby port: We are a customs-authorised exporter with AEO certification (Authorised Economic Operator) and can prepare the export documents for you on request.
