After filling into cans or Alu Bottles, your products are packaged and prepared for national and international delivery processes. We support efficient and coordinated product delivery to retailers, warehouses, and distribution partners.

RHODIUS uses volumetric fillers for the filling process. A ring tank serves as a buffer during filling. This tank is filled halfway with the beverage and pressurized with a propellant gas, typically CO₂. From there, the beverage flows into the can through the valves.

The filling process begins by flushing the can with the pressurized gas to displace the air mixture from the can. Subsequently, the fill volume is controlled at each individual filling valve using a flow meter.

The filled can is transported to the sealer, where it is sealed with a lid. It then proceeds to packaging. Our modern facilities feature a comprehensive filling management system. This allows us to collect, analyze, evaluate, and monitor all data.

At RHODIUS, we specialize in bottling a wide variety of beverages. These include mineral water, energy drinks, beer, RTDs, wine, sparkling wine, soft drinks, iced teas, and all kinds of other refreshing beverages. The minimum order quantity for can filling at RHODIUS Can Filling Experts is 250,000 cans per variety and product. Unfortunately, due to the technical and production requirements of our high-performance systems, we are unable to economically accommodate smaller production volumes.

Our systems are generally designed for high-volume production, with a capacity of up to 200,000 filled cans per hour. To ensure that beverages are produced safely and with impeccable taste, the systems must be thoroughly cleaned after every production change. This cleaning process is time-consuming, which makes it economically unfeasible for us to handle smaller quantities.

Beverage cans and Alu Bottles are typically made of galvanized steel or aluminum. The material is given a special coating and hermetically sealed after filling. This prevents both light and microbes from reaching the beverages, ensuring they have a very long shelf life.

Furthermore, compliance with hygiene guidelines is essential and must be maintained throughout the entire manufacturing process. For this reason, we voluntarily undergo regular inspections that exceed legal standards. Thanks to our modern filling lines equipped with a comprehensive filling management system, we always maintain a clear overview of every step in the process. This ensures that beverages are filled in perfect condition and the cans are hermetically sealed.

The can reliably protects beverages from light and oxygen exposure and supports long-term product stability. In general, the same beverages have a longer shelf life in beverage cans than in PET bottles due to the protection from light.

Our water meets the highest quality standards. To ensure the perfect taste, it is sourced from two mineral springs and selected to complement each specific beverage.
