Since its foundation in 1827 and now managed by the eighth generation of the family, we, RHODIUS Mineralquellen, have become a permanent fixture on the international beverage market and bottle mineral water and high-quality non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages with a great deal of expertise and passion.
Quality and competence are of utmost importance to us. 220 million litres of mineral water and non-alcoholic beverages leave our plant in Burgbrohl every year.
Responsible conduct and high quality standards define our work. Certifications such as IFS, ISO, FDA, Halal, and Kosher are standard for us. Regular quality controls, as well as the digital recording and analysis of relevant filling parameters, contribute to reliable and safe production. At the same time, we continuously review our processes to use resources efficiently and further optimize our operations.
Contract filling at RHODIUS
To bottle beverages, RHODIUS relies on modern KHS filling lines featuring inline measurement of CO2, Brix, and alcohol, as well as automated pasteurization.
The lines achieve an output of over 100,000 cans per hour. Pressure tanks with a capacity of up to 120,000 liters are available for storing the delivered beverages. This enables efficient production processes and reduces downtime.
Our services
We offer eight can sizes in ten packaging variants to meet the different requirements of our customers. The can sizes range from 150 ml to 500 ml. Furthermore, the variety of product variants in terms of cans and outer packaging allows us to respond to consumer wishes and provide a varied range of soft drinks, which are delivered to the customer in cardboard or foil packaging.
